Can I move my existing site to your hosting?

Yes. We handle the migration completely — transfer, testing, DNS cutover, and post-migration QA. There's typically a one-time migration fee depending on the complexity of your current site, but the process is seamless for you.

Does the hosting plan include site edits or content updates?

No. Hosting and management is exactly that — we keep the site running, secure, and updated under the hood, but content changes, new pages, and design tweaks are not included. Edits are quoted separately (hourly or by project) or handled under our web design service. We've found this is the cleanest way to deliver both — clients on hosting know exactly what they're getting, and don't pay for "edit budget" they never use.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

We clean it. Site security and malware remediation are covered under the maintenance plan. Our security monitoring catches most threats before they cause damage, but if something slips through, we fix it at no extra charge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No annual commitment required. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you want to move your site to your own hosting, we'll help with the migration.

Do you host sites you didn't build?

Yes, with one condition: we need to do an initial audit and bring the site up to our standards before we take responsibility for maintaining it. This is a one-time fee that covers a full technical review, cleaning up any issues, and getting it properly configured for our infrastructure.
